8055 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 8055 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 8055 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

To use 8055 services, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Is at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Is legally eligible to enter into binding agreements in Malaysia.
  • Is not on any exclusion list imposed by a relevant authority.
  • Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.

8055 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who are unable to verify their eligibility may be restricted from accessing platform services.

Continued use of the 8055 platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please check this page periodically for the latest updates.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 8055 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, and any other requested details accurately. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 8055 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

User Responsibilities When Using the Platform

  • Users are prohibited from using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
  • Using automation software, bots, or any other technical means to manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • Users may not share their account or allow others to access it on their behalf.
  • Any attempt to cheat, manipulate odds, or fix game outcomes may result in account termination and forfeiture of the account balance.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Payment, Deposit, and Withdrawal Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 8055 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Foreign currencies are not accepted directly. Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet and Maybank — both of which process transactions in MYR only.

Deposit Terms
  • The minimum deposit amount depends on your chosen payment method.
  • Deposited funds will be credited to your 8055 account once the transaction has been successfully verified.
  • 8055 is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers.
  • Deposits made through third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned following an investigation.
Withdrawal Terms
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
  • Full identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
  • 8055 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while security or compliance checks are being carried out.
  • Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the user.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

When Can an Account Be Suspended or Closed?

8055 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • There are indications of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account.
  • The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
  • Account has been inactive for a period exceeding the limit set by platform management.
  • At the user's own request to close the account.

If an account is terminated due to a violation, 8055 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Platform Liability Limits

8055 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes. 8055's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property and Platform Content

All content on the 8055 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 8055 or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or modification of any content without written permission is prohibited.

The 8055 brand name and all associated trademarks are exclusively owned and protected by law. Any infringement may be subject to legal action.

Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The 8055 platform may contain references to third-party payment service providers such as TNG eWallet and Maybank. 8055 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Users are advised to read the relevant provider's terms and conditions separately.

Right to Amend Terms

8055 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be displayed on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 8055 platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to an agreed dispute resolution mechanism.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
